Activities & Sightseeing
Day 01: Our representative/Driver will be there to receive the guest at TIA airport, Kathmandu – Kathmandu - At the height of 1400 metres / 4600 feet lies the central region of Nepal - Kathmandu is the capital of the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal - The city has a rich history, spanning nearly 2000 years - Most of Kathmandu's people follow Hinduism and many others follow Buddhism - Nepali is the most commonly spoken language - English is understood & spoken by educated & professional residents – Welcome & receive the guest at TIA airport - Transfer to the hotel - hotel check-in - freshen up - Local sightseeing Kathmandu BOUDHANATH STUPA - 05 km east of central Kathmandu. The stupa stands on a three-tiered platform raised over the crossed rectangles to bring the Yantra form, & PASHUPATINATH TEMPLE DARSHAN WITH EVENING AARATI - 05 kilometres east of Kathmandu city centre. PashupatiNath Temple is one of the most important holy sites for Hindus worldwide - a night stay in Kathmandu.
Day 02: Breakfast - Hotel check-out - BUDHANILKANTHA TEMPLE (Sleeping God Vishnu). Jal Narayan situated 9 kilometres north of Kathmandu in a small pond at the foot of the Shivapuri Hills lies the half-submerged massive black stone statue of the reclining Vishnu resting on a bed of snakes. SWAYAMBHUNATH STUPA – 4 kilometres west of central Kathmandu on a little hillock & transfer to Pokhara, approx 200 kilometres, takes 6-7 hours by surface - hotel check-in Pokhara - night stay at Pokhara.
Day 03: SARANGKOT - Early at 04 – 04.30 AM departure from the hotel - drive up Sarangkot hill & few minutes walk to observe a stunning view of Sunrise over snow-capped Mount Fish Tail & Mount Annapurna range (about 02 hrs) - Breakfast - Full day Pokhara sightseeing – Davi’s Falls, Gupteshwor Mahadev temple cave, Goddess Bindhyabasini Temple, Seti river gorge & Tal Varahi Temple, Boating at Phewa Lake ( on own) - Evening free for own activities - night stay in Pokhara.
Day 04: Breakfast - After breakfast, transfer to Pokhara, a distance of nearly 200 kilometres, which takes 6–8 hours by surface. On the way to Kathmandu, Manakamana Temple Darshan by Cable Car (Cable Car tickets on own - optional) – After darshan, proceed to Kathmandu – hotel check-in – night stay at Kathmandu.
Day 05: Departure - Breakfast - Departure transfer to TIA Airport, Kathmandu for onward journey
